The process had its hiccups (I think they all do), but Vicki handled them all beautifully. I think truly great salespeople are always service oriented first and Vicki is one of the most service oriented sales professionals I have met. She rises to the occasion with any and every challenge with professionalism, patience, persistence, and reason.
